This Chase location is the opposite of what you expect from a downtown Bank location. There are no tellers, just a few ATMs and a few cubicles. For most banking needs, you are probably better off going to a different location. The staff seems pretty content to tell you they can't help you and to wish you luck using the ATM.
How are you a whole bank but you tell me you can’t cash a check from CHASE !!!!….but you can deposit it… like what’s the purpose of that if I could just do it on my phone this place is the dumbest establishment I’ve ever encountered
I visited this Chase location today, Wednesday, September 30, to cash a check. A female employee assisted me and clearly explained the information and steps I needed to follow in order to cash my check. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete the process at that moment because I had to return to work.
