Premier banking
This is the worst branch I could ever imagine. Never answer their phone. Lost my “scanned documents” twice. Where did they go? That’s my private information. Ordered currency exchange on Monday. Website says it takes 1-3 days to get currency. Not there on Friday and I’m leaving on vacation first thing Saturday morning. No one in the branch knows how to refund my cash. I have called the branch 10 or 12 times today. I know they’re open. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t give you a chance to leave a message, they don’t put you on hold. It just says “sorry everyone’s busy” and it hangs up on me.
I use chase to pay my rent every month and all the ladies are very nice and helpful. Norma especially has helped me learn to keep track of my receipts even gave me a folder to hold it all and sure enough my next transaction my landlord didn’t have record of but I had my receipt to show. I great staff! Thank you so much Norma!
