Great experience with Paul and Laila today! Paul was incredibly kind and friendly, and Laila explained what I needed clearly and made it easy to understand. Would visit again
The tellers and bankers are amazing they do the best with the little help they're given. The branch lead, Tracy, and the branch manager, Sheena, are horrible excuses for human beings. I watched both of them make fun of a disabled customer, laughing loudly about her disability and looking at the poor woman the whole time they were laughing. You could see the employees , the customer and the entire line behind the customer were completely uncomfortable witnessing this interaction.
