I went into this branch to open a checking account yesterday. When I left the branch I had NO checks or a check order placed. NO account number provided. This account is USELESS to me. Took my money and provided absolutely NO WAY to use the account. I do not want a debit card. I want a CHECKING ACCOUNT!!! I am extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. My husband went in to open a checking account. When he came home, we discovered that no checks had been ordered, he wasn't given his full account number, and the deposit receipt only shows a partial account number. The online banking portal also hides the full account number. As a result, we have no way to set up direct deposit, write checks, or otherwise use the account. This bank engages in discriminatory practices. I’ve been trying to speak with someone regarding this and cannot make contact with a human being. Super frustrating. Take your money somewhere else.
