I had an issue with an unathorized charge on my account. I went into bank, it was nice to talk to an actual person. In which was very helpful, and explained to me why it happened. Situation was resolved quickly.
Definitivamente no me gustó , mi hija fue a cambiar un cheque de 13 dólares y le cobraban 10 dólares por cambiarle si el cheque es de allí de chase bank , en otros bancos no hacen eso , decidió ir a su banco y se lo cambiaron sin ningún problema
