Very disappointed in waiting for a 2pm appointment. The clerk that I was supposed to talk to never even came up to me and tell me to wait. She was with a customer. I waited 20 minutes. I know that's a busy branch, but at least let me know in courtesy and tell me. I just left. I'm already at another competitor bank and signing up with them already.

I had an issue with an unathorized charge on my account. I went into bank, it was nice to talk to an actual person. In which was very helpful, and explained to me why it happened. Situation was resolved quickly.
