I had an infantilizing experience trying to replace a lost debit card here and honestly am going to stop using chase bank because of it. I was asked to call a phone number in person. The phone asked for a passcode and I was told that’s my account pin but it didn’t get past the phone menu so the lady tried again but it was a much different phone menu the second time. My experience with Chase has been beyond frustrating. I went in to deposit money, and instead of it being applied to the correct account, the banker put it into the wrong one. Because of their mistake, I ended up having to go back to the branch multiple times just to get it corrected. Each visit was time-consuming, and I kept getting told to “wait while they looked into it,” when the issue was very clear from the beginning. Really pooooooorrrrrr customer service. Dont even feel like talking to them at all their faces at the drive thru so sad !!
Calling and calling. No answer. Finally went up there and called. They actively ignoring the phone as the branch manager is currently browsing YouTube. Line out the door. Yea I'll take my money elsewhere. Not another Chase but fully elsewhere.
Drive thru atm NEVER WORKS -Drove a hour here very frustrating.
