I chose this Chase branch because it was conveniently located near my home, but the experience was extremely frustrating and ultimately a waste of time\. I spoke with three employees and clearly explained that I needed to deposit a check into a Business account, yet none of them knew how to assist me. Excellent service series protocol no delays
I previously posted a review about my experience with Greg Melanson regarding his repeatedly intrusions into my private life for no reason and ongoing harassments of me and my children. The review was removed apparently now, which was disappointing.
