Worst experience trying to get a bankers help in my life. We sat for over a hour trying to get one piece of paper notarized. Two bankers are just sitting and chatting and shooting the shit instead of completing their work and moving on. Don’t even bother going to this bank unless it’s to use the ATM.
Never had an issue with Chase until I used this branch.

Very unprofessional.. when there to open a account.. they close @ 2pm I got there 12:50 and it was 1 customer being attended and they refused to open my account saying that they close at 2:00 pm... It shouldn't take long to open a account... Plain and simple lazy people...
