If I could give this branch zero stars, I would I work in the customer service industry and I believe in trying to go above and beyond for any customer, but I am a bit disappointed on how my visit went today not what I expected, and I am the type of person that I do not write bad reviews But today just for trying to deposit a check, it felt like I was just being brushed away and I didn’t get any help. I went to a different Chase branch and in less than five minutes, they assisted me in the most perfect way ever.
Worst experience…….
One of the most embarrassing experiences I've had in my life. They restricted my account for lack of documentation. I took it to the branch and they were racist. The person who served the customer simply didn't want to serve me because I was Latino and because, according to him, I didn't speak Spanish. They didn't act with professionalism or respect. Unfortunately if you have no other options you're out of luck. This branch has no clue what they are doing! If you need to do any beyond basic transactions DO NOT GO HERE. No clue what they are doing...A 3 day transaction is now 10 days and they never followed up with me and today I go in and they have no clue what happened so here we are starting over.
