I have never found a more USELESS Branch than this one!?? 🫤 why is this not just drive-through ATM? I've been to this branch 8 times the last 9 years. And out of those 8 times... 0 times have they actually been "able to" help me. 🤔 and they're Very Specific on that wording. Why have a bank that is unable to help you by design?? 4 separate trips for notary services & every time was told I needed to come back another time. I tried calling the branch before making the trip there, but despite the abundance of employees, the phone wasn’t answered.
I was the only one customer in the bank and yet I waited 15 minutes for someone to attend me, no one bothered to come out even after having an eye contact through their cabins with doors open! They were not even engaged in any other work for me to understand. I finally went to the cashier counter though she was not the one who was responsible for my need! Atleast the cashier lady helped me in the end.
I have called many times over multiple days to try and reach someone and no one picks up the phone. Awful customer service and has me questioning my primary bank. Need to order Euros and can’t do online, directs me to call branch that never picks up. Jamie would not be impressed.
If I could give this branch zero stars, I would I work in the customer service industry and I believe in trying to go above and beyond for any customer, but I am a bit disappointed on how my visit went today not what I expected, and I am the type of person that I do not write bad reviews But today just for trying to deposit a check, it felt like I was just being brushed away and I didn’t get any help. I went to a different Chase branch and in less than five minutes, they assisted me in the most perfect way ever.
