Went to this location for help and the lady that was supposed to help me was super rude, useless left this location will definitely not come back to chase!
Last time I came here I received an email a week later saying the money I deposited wasn’t counted right and had 35$ added to my account after the fact. I came here again with 650$ and the counted is saying 615$. Looks like something’s broken.
I was written a check for $400 and the bank was Chase. They refused to cash it, because my ID says Joshua and the check said Josh... in what world are those 2 names not obviously interchangeable? Glad I don't have an account here, clearly customer service is not a priority.
Really bad service. I went twice and they didn't serve me.
They don’t keep cash in the drive up ATM’s (discriminatory towards caregivers and disabled by the way) so I drove up to the human teller. They took their time and hit me with a “thanks for your patience” when I wasn’t patient. I wasn’t rude, just asked for my cards back so I could use the other ATM. I had a kid in the car and thought I was saving time versus unloading to go inside. I was wrong.
