I've been going to this branch for years. The tellers are always so kind and helpful. Just today I went in to get some cashier's checks. Unfortunately I didn't get the fellas name, but he caught a spelling error on the name of the company and I caught that 2 words should have been 1. Kinda funny that we worked together to make it right. I was also talking to another customer standing in line who had on a nice pair of Jordans. After being treated poorly by staff on the way out of the store I told the branch manager I hope he has a bad day and he told me "i hope you do to now leave." The two employees in the store were very dismissing and rude. The man's name was Pablo and the womans name was daniella. Apparently pablo is the branch manager so im sure little will come from this review. They do not answer the phone here. I tried calling for hours from the moment they opened at 9am. I have only been here 2 times to close and open an account both times staff were really friendly. The banker was also very kind and helpful. The only negative thing i have to say is that both times i went, there was only 1 banker available so you have to wait a while but not for much. I was worried at first reading the reviews before going there but i ended up really liking the place. Of course i cant speak for everyone i might have just been lucky that i went when the good staff was there.
