Terrible place. Unprofessional, unknowledgeable staff. And it's always empty...just close this sorry branch. It's an embarrassment. We closed our account. Good riddance. The people there are LAZY and super unprofessional.
This review details my extremely disappointing experience with branch manager Pablo Lerma at this Chase bank location. As a business owner I have multiple businesses and loans and have worked with other staff at this location over the many years, but this was easily the absolute worst interaction I’ve ever had. Before we even met, he stepped away and came back with a cup of coffee while a long line started forming and the staff at the windows were visibly struggling to keep up. Good customer service and friendly staff.
Went to this location for help and the lady that was supposed to help me was super rude, useless left this location will definitely not come back to chase!
