This review details my extremely disappointing experience with branch manager Pablo Lerma at this Chase bank location. As a business owner I have multiple businesses and loans and have worked with other staff at this location over the many years, but this was easily the absolute worst interaction I’ve ever had. Good customer service and friendly staff.
Went to this location for help and the lady that was supposed to help me was super rude, useless left this location will definitely not come back to chase!
Last time I came here I received an email a week later saying the money I deposited wasn’t counted right and had 35$ added to my account after the fact. I came here again with 650$ and the counted is saying 615$. Looks like something’s broken.
