Really bad service. I went twice and they didn't serve me.
They don’t keep cash in the drive up ATM’s (discriminatory towards caregivers and disabled by the way) so I drove up to the human teller. They took their time and hit me with a “thanks for your patience” when I wasn’t patient. I wasn’t rude, just asked for my cards back so I could use the other ATM. I had a kid in the car and thought I was saving time versus unloading to go inside. I was wrong. Not one single person acknowledged my existence , it was quite obvious this wasn’t my normal location but still nobody offered any assistance !!! I’ll never stop here again . Worst chase I’ve ever been in !
I've been going to this branch for years. The tellers are always so kind and helpful. Just today I went in to get some cashier's checks. Unfortunately I didn't get the fellas name, but he caught a spelling error on the name of the company and I caught that 2 words should have been 1. Kinda funny that we worked together to make it right. I was also talking to another customer standing in line who had on a nice pair of Jordans. After being treated poorly by staff on the way out of the store I told the branch manager I hope he has a bad day and he told me "i hope you do to now leave." The two employees in the store were very dismissing and rude. The man's name was Pablo and the womans name was daniella. Apparently pablo is the branch manager so im sure little will come from this review. They do not answer the phone here. I tried calling for hours from the moment they opened at 9am.
