excellent customer service & alex is a very laid-back banker
They told me to come in before 5:45pm to figure out my accounts. I showed up at 5pm. I stood outside the glass door waiting. They ignored me. Then I knocked and they motines they were closed and just looked at me as I waited and didn’t even bother to ask what it was I was looking for.
They’re branch offers no services besides opening or closing an account or setting up a money order... I can’t even deposit a check here anymore this branch is now pointless. Might as well close down and give the reality to a committed company.
Customer service needs improvement.
awesome ATM that gives you the option to choose what kind of bills you want to receive when you withdraw money! so that means that you're not strictly limited to multiples of 20 here which I happen to think is just plain awesome! and therefore that is enough of a reason for me to give this Chase 5 stars. :)
