I'm the dork who's never written a check at 33 years old, and Heather and her coworker, whose name I forgot to ask for, but has very sweet blonde curly hair, were both SOOO kind and helpful! My family and I have only had great experiences with the Chase Bank Hilltop branch and have been banking there ever since they acquired the previous bank. What makes the difference is a great staff. They know my wife and I and our kids. They are always quick to say "hello" to by name, give our dogs treats - who push each other to get to the window when we come into drive through, ask how family members are doing and so forth.
