I'm the dork who's never written a check at 33 years old, and Heather and her coworker, whose name I forgot to ask for, but has very sweet blonde curly hair, were both SOOO kind and helpful! My family and I have only had great experiences with the Chase Bank Hilltop branch and have been banking there ever since they acquired the previous bank. What makes the difference is a great staff. They know my wife and I and our kids. They are always quick to say "hello" to by name, give our dogs treats - who push each other to get to the window when we come into drive through, ask how family members are doing and so forth. Attention to all Chase account holders: My business account has been hacked four times in less than two weeks. This means we’ve had to change account numbers four separate times, as well as username and passwords, only for each new account to be compromised the very next day.
