I had an urgent matter that needed immediate attention at this branch and was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Francine. I have had it with Chase rude Janice teller I need to add my chase account to my trust account. I can't come in during the week to do business. No one answers the phone. You need an appointment though to do business. I have no problem with my other bank Dessert Financial they always take care of their customers, NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY.
