I have had it with Chase rude Janice teller I need to add my chase account to my trust account. I can't come in during the week to do business. No one answers the phone. You need an appointment though to do business. I have no problem with my other bank Dessert Financial they always take care of their customers, NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. She didn't understand eat I was telling her so she kept repeating herself like I didn'tknow what I was talking about other bank added my account to trust plan just fine. Rude, Was talked down to when I was confused & asked questions about concerns on my account. Only nice person I spoke to was a woman named lily I believe. Other than that the staff was rude.
