Michael M is a great business banker who has helped me launch my business account . Been a great experience so far . Easy to reach and I feel like he knows me personally.
No drive thru and not enough tellers. There is always a long line
Worst customer service ever the banker Michael made an appointment to set up my sons account 30minutes approximately ran 10 minutes late could not call ahead. Then told have to make a new appointment earliest is the 16th all because he was too lazy to just do his job now we are with the credit union next door because they don’t hire lazy people.
Lack of customer service. We had an account for 30+ years. Closed account today, won't look back.
Moved to a neighborhood nearby. Previously the Chase bank in my old neighborhood was helpful,friendly and an all around great experience! At this branch I had two helpful tellers. The rest would hassle my husband and I each time we would withdraw money. We always had id's and documentation. It was never good enough. Today I bit the bullet and we closed our account.
