Rude, Was talked down to when I was confused & asked questions about concerns on my account. Only nice person I spoke to was a woman named lily I believe. Other than that the staff was rude.
We have been serviced by Chase for well over 30 years when it was Bank one I have never been more satisfied, including my family thank you, Chase
Manager went out of her way to help my wife and I when other branches wouldnt move a finger. Francine was patient and super helpful. Could not be happier with the service we received!
