Is service going away? I entered the branch without a greeting, line piling up and still no acknowledgment from people at the desks. They used to have someone at least greeting you, signing you in, or at least letting you know you’re still valued. I wanted to give a shout-out to the Relationship Banker Larissa. 2 years ago almost to the date, she was very helpful in helping with the start of my relationship with chase, helping me with both a credit card application and opening a checkings account. My mother in law died suddenly and tragically a few weeks ago. Chase has been incredibly awful in this situation. They were unclear and rude in every way.
