My husband ordered approximately $700 in British pounds from Chase for our upcoming trip to Scotland. The money was taken from MY savings account, which he is authorized to use. When Chase called to say the currency had arrived, my husband specifically told them I would be picking it up. I arrived at the branch and they REFUSED to give it to me because “your husband ordered it.” I explained that the money came from MY account and asked them to simply CALL MY HUSBAND and verify that I could pick it up. Constantly having issues with deposits here, the staff start off friendly ad then it feels like an interrogation everytime I do business with them. Half the time the ATM is having trouble. Don't go to this branch its a P.I.A.
This branch is freaking trash. Their ATMs are ALWAYS broken. Outside and inside. What a joke. A bank THIS big always having issues? This is a pathetic location.
