Accurate banking
Is service going away? I entered the branch without a greeting, line piling up and still no acknowledgment from people at the desks. They used to have someone at least greeting you, signing you in, or at least letting you know you’re still valued. This takes away from customer service and really forces us to look at online banks paying more than branches. If it’s going to all go electronic, we might as well get a higher interest rate.
