Joyce went above and beyond, even with some equipment malfunction, she answered all my questions politely and with a genuine level of interest to help a customer. Worst drive thru in the area. Old ATM that is only able to take 30 bills at a time. Upgrade the ATM or no one will comes back. Always have only one ATM and the other one out of service. Chase the cooperate has to check on this location.
