if i could give a 0 i would they close my checking due to a move of address, but approve my address and send a debit card. when i try to use their own mail to my new address such as the debit card they sent me to the checking acc that’s closed it’s not viable enough to open a checking acc. it’s not “proof” i live there. hands down 0/5 i would recommend any other bank over them.
Everyone who works here is so nice. I usually go in during my lunch hour and never have a wait. Great bank.
After hours ATM experience: the card reader to get in the door is at the sidewalk not by the door. Card reader allows for insert or tap, which I appreciate. Glad that I could get cash easily.
I had an excellent experience with Jon here today. Great guy. Excellent customer service. He helped get my business bank account set up super fast and easy. Really thankful.
