In the span of 10 minutes, Ashley S. was incredibly helpful in resolving an issue which required multiple calls over the last month with Chase's Card Services department.
I had an appointment scheduled with Chase, but upon arrival, I was informed that no banker was available and the appointment was rescheduled for the following day. Later, the banker contacted me and requested additional documents. I’m wondering why these document requirements weren’t communicated ahead of time when the appointment was initially scheduled. It would be helpful to know in advance what is needed to open a new account.
Came here to open a checking account because I already have a Chase visa. Middle of day on Thursday and was told nobody was available to help me until the next morning. Taking my business to Wells Fargo or BMO.
Tiana was so rude I’m a credit union Branch manager and my girls would never treat a customer like that ever I will not come back to this location and I literally live across the street from there. She needs to have some training and she needs to be able to deal with customers because she works in customer service
