I went to open an account without an appointment and the lady on the front was so nice and she took my information and sent me with Jenny, first I was so worried because I don’t like to do bank operations but she helped me a lot and she showed me how to use my app and everything I had a lot of questions but she was so patiente, even when I was waiting for the banker another person reached out to asked me if someone was helping me
If you go to most of the chase banks you must be dress up or they will look at you like a criminal especially if you are not white that is a double offense to them so they will treat you like a pest and they will do anything to get you out of there and I think they are so close to call the police on you, so save yourself the discrimination and the mistreatment , Bank somewhere else.
