I recently switched from key to chase, and I have no idea why I went through the effort... Chase is just as bad but in different ways. They won't even let me pull cash from this branch with a valid id... Why? So dumb Ill be moving on.
The tellers are awesome and friendly. Almost always someone opening the door for you with a smile. Occasionally understaffed but otherwise no issues.
Come here at least once a week for business deposits, and the tellers and bankers are always very friendly and helpful! Especially T, she's always got a great attitude and is eager to help and chat! Thanks, T!
In the span of 10 minutes, Ashley S. was incredibly helpful in resolving an issue which required multiple calls over the last month with Chase's Card Services department.
I had an appointment scheduled with Chase, but upon arrival, I was informed that no banker was available and the appointment was rescheduled for the following day. Later, the banker contacted me and requested additional documents. I’m wondering why these document requirements weren’t communicated ahead of time when the appointment was initially scheduled. It would be helpful to know in advance what is needed to open a new account.
