this is the most worthless bank ever. not only do you have people working here who dont help. I went inside to withdraw money and the lady couldn't even pull out the amount for me. I had to use two atms inside to get the amount I needed. also the atms outside never seem to be working or can never give cash. this will be the last time I use your bank. why even have employees at this point if they cant help with a simple withdraw???
No transaction counter. Basically just a fancy ATM & cubicles for advanced finance. If you need something normal that can’t be done at an ATM, find another branch.
Their investment department is terrible. The branch doesn't care. It can only be processed online. The work efficiency is poor, and they will charge fees without notice.
