If I could give Zero Stars I definitely would. This is the absolute worse bank to ever go to. Two different ATMs at this location just to get $20. All I wanted was 5 $20s. Been with Chase when it was Washington Mutual. Never come to this bank or even use the ATMs. Save yourself a trip and find a different location.
This is the Chase branch I usually go to, and every time I walk in, the staff are friendly and greet me right away. The place is always clean, and everything runs efficiently. Overall a really pleasant experience every visit.
Rude customer service. Please train the employees here.
this is the most worthless bank ever. not only do you have people working here who dont help. I went inside to withdraw money and the lady couldn't even pull out the amount for me. I had to use two atms inside to get the amount I needed. also the atms outside never seem to be working or can never give cash. this will be the last time I use your bank. why even have employees at this point if they cant help with a simple withdraw???
