My wife and I came in to do two transactions with a personal banker. We sat and waited on the sofa typically placed inside the bank. While we waited, I saw one of the two personal banker finishing a transaction with a client. I was excited but....she walked toward the back of the bank and disappeared? Was it her break time or are we just invisible? We had to tell a teller to get her to come back and do her job? Rita was her name. Typically, I don’t like to write negative reviews… but I feel so frustrated that I’m compelled to share my experience. Per the Chase website and the rep I spoke with on the phone, all you need to change your name is the actual document (marriage cert) and the new gov issued ID. I went into the branch and the 2 individuals I spoke with told me to come back another day because all the bankers were busy and because I did not have my old ID.
