Great customer service and quick service.
I came in just to deposit some coins that have been accumulating at my house. There was 3 people in line and 1 teller and someone watching the teller. After about 15min in line with no progress I left. I figured they were low on help and just busy I can come back. I tried again on the weekend because they’re only open until 5pm but same results. 1 slow teller lol. Oh well luckily I don’t have to go in very often.
Came for wire transfer as online wire transfer was denied p, its been more than 50mins and no one is helping here. People at counter say have a seat another banker will help you and the person in the cube Rita is busy helping other who came before me. Pathetic service
Terrible Customer Service at this branch. I do not know how this branch is still functional. I've been a Chase customer for the past 14 years. I know they have a notary service they provide for their customers that I use maybe once a year. I only needed to notarize 1 document and I was told by a manager/supervisor guy working there that they only notarize Chase documents and they would not be able to help me out.
