Absolutely unacceptable service. I arrived at the bank one hour before closing, only to be turned away by the staff who claimed they were “about to close.” This is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful to customers who take time out of their day to come in during official business hours. The secure lobby door, opened with your chase card has been locked for about a year. You cannot go inside the chase to access the secure atm like EVERY OTHER BRANCH after hours. There is only one outside atm and it is constantly out of money or cant accept this or that as a result of its over use.
