The secure lobby door, opened with your chase card has been locked for about a year. You cannot go inside the chase to access the secure atm like EVERY OTHER BRANCH after hours. There is only one outside atm and it is constantly out of money or cant accept this or that as a result of its over use.
Very bad experience today with bank teller Isabella. I came to cash my check and she refused to do it because “I did not have enough money in my account “ That does not make sense because the check I was trying to cash is from chase and I have been a customer for more than ten years. I went to the other branch in downtown and they cash it without problems, so I ask them if it is true that they cannot cash your check if you do not have enough money in your account.
