Never work with Brittany Castaneda as your banker. Her lack of knowledge and experience put me into truble. My accounts were restricted because of her fault of not requesting for the corrrect proof of adddress. Additionally, she kept providing inaccurate information that when I double checked with Chase customer service turned out the banker was wrong. I eventually fixed my issue without her help as she was not even responsive to my calls. Never go with her.
By far, this is the worst chase branch I’ve ever visited. I’ve been going to a lot of chase branches, including this one for over 20 years and each time I have visited this branch, I see someone getting disrespected by the management and tellers or they’re being very rude to the customer. I love being a chase customer, However, I’ll never ever visit this branch again until this Asian manager and the Teresa the older lady work at this branch.
