By far, this is the worst chase branch I’ve ever visited. I’ve been going to a lot of chase branches, including this one for over 20 years and each time I have visited this branch, I see someone getting disrespected by the management and tellers or they’re being very rude to the customer. Teresa the Teller at this branch is such a Beautiful and wonderful human being she greeted us so nicely and unfortunately due to my health condition I didn’t make an appointment but she took care of that . And got us an appointment right away . There is a Indian girl on the cash counter too she moved me away last time by saying make an appointment and then come I’ve a severe back pain and herniated disc still she didn’t care where Teresa is such a humble person hope she gets to train more people like herself .
