service not near as good as my branch they closed and many negative reports - it's the closest branch to me now so not happy -
...needed a notary ...caught her at work... made an appointment and got it done thanks Annettia..personal banker she is ... ...need to add a chair in the hallway tho ...had to sit ...
They wouldn’t notarized a letter for me an hour before closing. I tried in two different occasions. Arguing that it was to late. They suggested another branch instead.
Due to Covid-19 couldn't even walk in the bank today. Told me to pay for my credit card in the drive through.
