Would give zero stars if i could Refused to let me get a cashier's check because I didn't have access to an old number and wouldn't let me change it to my new one Went to a branch down the street at Twin Oaks and they helped me with no issues after an angry morning This is some type of remote branch or different system zero stars

They have to keep everything very hard. I’m seeing on the screen what is needed for opening a bank account, but then they want extra stuff for address proof. Poor service. I told everything that I’m waiting to receive my green card and showed all legal papers, my temporary green card stamp on my passport. It shouldn’t be this hard, kinda pushing out the immigrants.
