First time at the new location. Our teller was nice, not the reason for the bad review. Bank was slammed, not the issue either. Walked in and to the left are 3 places to talk to a banker by the window not in an office. The customer in the middle had all his info showing for all to see. The monitor was facing everyone. That's not my business. A banker was coming in line and asking what everyone needed to do so she could help the simpler actions, she kept on asking 3 times if we wanted her help.
