I never have a problem with the Moross and Mack location or Metro Parkway and Groesbeck location. Both have a drive thru tellers so I can do my banking from my vehicle which is great for me as I am handicapped . Can't get a money order from the ATM and the lines inside are usually ridiculous.
Yes reviews are true. Very dismissive especially to someone seeking to open an account. I was told to try another branch. All I can say is WOW!!!
Arbitrarily wouldn't cash a check made out to me because my name is not Michael. My mom and dad named me Michael in 1978. My multiple forms of identification say Michael as do my credit and debit cards. Chase was the bank that issued the checks. Said the check needed to be made out in the name on my identification. It was.
Great service
Absolutely the worst, 45 minutes wait. Tellers are dealing with loans,other etc. Can't even,go to a real bank,simple withdrawal/deposit takes 45 minutes
