Needed help with a CD investment and they said I need to make an appointment required before they can assist Worst customer service ever
slow long wait.
Staff are amazing and very helpful but the ATM seems to never be working at this location and they don’t have one accessible just inside the front door like most locations do.
Can't really do much with the chase plasma card. The paysign service they have in Rexburg is way better.
