Staff is great. That manager greets me every time I come in. Kelly the JP Morgan invested is fabulous. She treats you like a friend.
I had a scheduled appointment with Graystone Jones on Friday. I checked in 10 minutes early, but after waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time, Graystone never appeared. Irene Bae was kind enough to squeeze me into her schedule, but Graystone's absence was entirely unprofessional.
