It’s been mentioned before but it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. I tried calling several times over the course of a week before driving over to ask a question. When I got there, there were 3-4 associates not helping anyone. How on earth could no one answer the phone? There isn’t even an option to leave a message and get a call back.
