Went to this branch today to make a deposit. My 6 year old was about to pee his pants. I sent him to the bathroom with my older daughter while I went to make a deposit. The two bathrooms had keypad locks on them. They returned to the counter saying the door was locked. I asked the clerk for a code. He said - he wasn’t allowed to let anybody other than employees use the bathrooms. He clarified that not even customers could use the bathroom. When you walk in as a Chase customer and both bankers have nobody in front of them but say that they have appointments coming in so I have to schedule is a terrible business practice. They need to take what’s in front of them. I HATE that Chase does this. Won’t be coming back to this location again. Frustrating.
They’re always slow but normally that’s the only negative thing about this bank. However, today there was a big sign that said CLOSED at the drive thru window so I had to park and walk in to make my deposits. I asked why the drive up was closed and the teller said he didn’t know. There was multiple employees in the building and no line. It took a very long time for them to deposit my cash and then they didn’t have enough change at the register and had to get help from a supervisor who looked like she had just been sitting do... read more
