Tried to open a checking account. Was told to go to the app or did I want to make an appointment. I was then sent to another location where I watched a employee doing nothing finally ask me what I needed. When I told her I would like to owpen an account she looked at her watch and acted like how dare I bother her. Then she told me I could come back Monday. Customer service is dead. My money will be in a cookie jar before I give it to these clowns.
This location has a Drive Up for ATM only. If you want to conduct your business with a person you need to use the lobby.
Place is great, it's just a bank nothing special nothing bad. People in the reviews are so entitled is crazy "I have to roll my own coins up" tough lol
