This Is the armpit of Chase, which is at the bottom. I have never experienced worse customer service or book-keeping skills. I transfered $ to my working account to cover a check, they "Reversed" the action and drained my other account. Then they froze it all up while the "investigating". They absoluetly will not answer a phone.
