07/16/2025 I was there this morning for the first time. It was about 9:30 AM and there was no line. Stephanie assisted me - she answered my questions and explained my options. She was very friendly and most helpful. Excellent service with a friendly smile!
Service sucks here, never enough tellers, lines always long.
6/3/25 I have to add to my review that I am still very happy with this Chase location. Every time I come in for any service, I am greeted, asked how I can be helped and have genuine conversations with the employees. I had a minor issue with my paycheck that I deposited and the branch manager helped me out tremendously today. would give 0 stars if I could. I've called and called and nobody answers the phone. I WAS going to have my daughter open a savings account here, but NEVERMIND if you can't even answer the phone.
