If a zero star was possible this place would definitely get it. Only one working atm so expect a 15 min or longer wait to use it.
Worst bank ever
This is by far the worst chase location I have ever been to. The atm outside never works and the ones inside are never open after hours. Always a line, because the atm’s are severely slow.
Chase is unrecognizable from just 5 years ago. Zero customer service. They won't cash CA state checks.
After they close the bank, there's a big as lines to use the ATM outside, it's been months and they haven't fix the ATM Inside the one you can open the door with your debit card. If I could I rate zero stars Inside the service it's ok when it's open
