The ATM vestibule, the one usually open after hours, the one you have to open with a chase debit or credit card is closed after 5pm. There is one outside that remains available? I was there last night and there was a long line. It seems unreasonable that you can't get into the one(s) inside. I will definitely not be going back here.
07/16/2025 I was there this morning for the first time. It was about 9:30 AM and there was no line. Stephanie assisted me - she answered my questions and explained my options. She was very friendly and most helpful. Excellent service with a friendly smile!
Service sucks here, never enough tellers, lines always long.
