Wasted my time — booking system doesn't match reality I scheduled a notary appointment through the Chase app specifically for a Power of Attorney document. The app clearly let me select "POA notarization" as the service type when booking, so I planned my day around this appointment assuming everything was confirmed. Then I got a call from the branch telling me they don't actually do POA notarizations — after I'd already booked it as an option in their own system.
