Untrustworthy ATM! Put $1500 in but it only accepted $300 - I had to hit cancel ( give me all my money back). Went to my Chase ATM in Naperville - put $1700 in and it accepted the deposit in full no issues. Can’t trust this locations ATMs with my cash deposits.
Terrible attitude from the female woman behind the teller counter. Just unprofessional. I guess banks think they can treat people however they want.
I thought Chase Bank has improved since last time I had account there. It has not, they treat you like garbage, not customer. They forget that customers money is keeping them in business. Closing all accounts ASAP
Brian was absolutely a life saver today. He's always given and gave me excellent customer service today. The guy is just world class. 5 stars.
I was assisted this afternoon by Chris and Ted for two separate account needs. Both were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. After a bad banking experience elsewhere, I will gladly return to this branch for future help!
