This is best chase bank in downers grove always take care of with no problem and treat you with respect! The customer service was outstanding, and I never felt rushed. The branch was clean, organized, and efficient, making the entire visit pleasant and stress-free. I highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a team that truly cares about its customers.
Untrustworthy ATM! Put $1500 in but it only accepted $300 - I had to hit cancel ( give me all my money back). Went to my Chase ATM in Naperville - put $1700 in and it accepted the deposit in full no issues. Can’t trust this locations ATMs with my cash deposits.
Terrible attitude from the female woman behind the teller counter. Just unprofessional. I guess banks think they can treat people however they want.
I thought Chase Bank has improved since last time I had account there. It has not, they treat you like garbage, not customer. They forget that customers money is keeping them in business. Closing all accounts ASAP
