This branch needs to close down. Worst experience ever. Sat down for 45 mins for a banker to have her tell me they are closed and won’t be able to help. I have over 10 accounts including business accounts and that’s how they treat their customers.
The lady at reception had attitude and wasnt helpful
NEED TO GET THE DRIVE THRU ATM MACHINE REPLACE. OU T HAD BERN YEARS SINCE THAT ONE HAS BEEN GONE. 1 DRIVE THRU ATM IS UNACCEPTABLE. AND THE LINES CAN GET LONG. DON'T WANT TO GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE TO USE THE ONE INSIDE THAT CAN POSE A SAFETY ISSUE DURING DUSK AND NIGHT TIME HOURS!
I transferred from one bank to Chase. It took way too long to open a new account. The people working there have no idea what they're doing. And the one guy at the bank branch was too busy flirting with me and l am wearing a wedding band. Distasteful and unprofessional.
