While the tellers are friendly and helpful, if I need any assistance outside of checking/wire transfers, I will often be directed to someone sitting at a desk (or hiding in an office) who asks me to return only after I’ve made an appointment online, even though I am often one of a few if not the only customer in the waiting room. Terrible service. I went in to open a business account and they gave me a phone number to call because they didn’t have an employee who could open a business account. I called and it took over 2 months to get a business checking and savings account setup. I went in today to get my auto loans refinanced from my personal accounts to my business account and they said they don’t have anyone who can help me with an auto loan and told me to go online.
