While the tellers are friendly and helpful, if I need any assistance outside of checking/wire transfers, I will often be directed to someone sitting at a desk (or hiding in an office) who asks me to return only after I’ve made an appointment online, even though I am often one of a few if not the only customer in the waiting room.
