I had a locked account since 2020, and now that it’s time to reopen it, I went to the bank and was told they needed to send paperwork to HR, which would only take 2 days. It has now been almost 2 weeks, and every time I call, no one answers. When I tried calling from a different number, they picked up but started arguing with me. I’m pretty sure they never sent the paperwork and are just being lazy. Very unprofessional experience. I will never visit this bank again.
