Worst experience worst costumer service, the rep on the counter was rude and no help at all she acted like we are withdrawing money out of her own pocket. Worst branch in the area!!!!
Made us wait. Told us we have to go back to a teller room get a cashier's check. Too lazy to handle these simple tasks. This is THE FIRST Chase bank we've been in that didn't provide handicapped seniors extra service.
They make you feel like family.!It's nice to know when you are not just a number .To bad Covid happen because know we can't even see the smiles.
