Very helpful and Knowledgeable staff, especially Tommy A. Been going here for about a decade now and have always had a good experience.
People working here are not productive. What they saying that you need to call here and there. Why is this branch needed then. You need to close this branch.
I came in twice to add my wife to my account without an appointment. There were four bankers chatting in their cubicles, and none could assist us. I was told to make an appointment and come back. Maybe third time's the charm! Customer service here is terrible. Big banks. Big corporations. Not a fan.
Went through the drive up ATM on Saturday evening to deposit money. As soon as I put the money in the machine it shut down and said “resetting” then shut off again and said downloading software update. I waited and waited in hopes that it would power up where it left off but it never did I sat at the drive up for 30m telling everyone who pulled up behind me the machine was down.
