Went through the drive up ATM on Saturday evening to deposit money. As soon as I put the money in the machine it shut down and said “resetting” then shut off again and said downloading software update. I waited and waited in hopes that it would power up where it left off but it never did I sat at the drive up for 30m telling everyone who pulled up behind me the machine was down. The female branch manager was terrible. I lost my wallet but have my dmv paperwork showing all my personal information to verify my identity. They would not help me make a withdrawal to pay for my truck that was in a shop. I was on the phone with a representative to verify my identity, once I was done. The representative said that they should be able to make the withdrawal for me, but they just had me going in circles. I was beyond FRUSTRATED!!!!!!
