Went in today to deposit money into my grandmother's account because she's unable to, since she's in the hospital getting treatment for cancer (chemo), and have always deposited money into her account seamlessly without any issues in the past. I went in today and was turned away. It's Friday and the time is 4:50pm. The money is going towards her rent. Now I have to wait for Monday and her rent is going to be late. FYI DOOR DOESNT OPEN AFTER HOURS TO ACCESS THE ATMS.. I only use this location for the ATM..however this past week Thurs. Before mother's day...I went after hours to use the ATM ..but the card reader or the door doesn't unlock at all... HOPEFULLY THEY FIX THIS SOON. But this was the second time in a month I've gone and the door won't open. I went to open a business account. The service from Mr. Cesar Estarada was horrible. I think he doesn't like his job. Chase should hirre trained personnel to serve the public. Don't come here.
HOT GARBAGE! SHUT THIS BANK DOWN! UPDATE THE SECURITY SYSTEMS! why EVEN INSTALL ENTRANCE TO THE ATM IF WE CAN NOT EVEN ACCESS IT AFTER HOURS! thats the whole stupid point of the security door!
