The vestibule does not open at 7 or 8, it opens with the rest of the teller area at 9am. Dont waste your time, even a minute.
Ordered foreign currency before a trip. Got a call that it was ready to pick up. Go to pick it up, and they’ve lost it — they have no record of my currency or request. They tell me they’ll look for it and follow up same-day. They don’t. I have to follow-up, finally confirm it’s completely lost. Fine, it is what it is, they of course assure me my account will be re-credited. I lose money by having to pay terrible exhange rates in-country.
