A gentleman with pretty white nails, has his own glass office room on the right side came with an extremely illogical excuse related to my documents -not to open an account to me. when I had all my valid documents and he had the availability and enough time to open the account. His affords of not giving service was so obvious that in another location, another perfect gentleman opened me the account with exactly the same documents; he and his colleges were genuinely shocked about what I was told about my documents and shared ... read more
Do yourself a favor - SKIP Chase and find another bank, they will only waste your time. Totally incompetent and confused staff. They are clueless on what it takes to perform basic banking functions, as other reviewers have noted they constantly change their minds on what their "policies" require.
