Diane was great today. They were short staffed but it moved pretty quickly. She was very friendly and professional.

Very rude and dismissive. The indian lady at the front desk didnt even greet me and rudely said “im busy right now can you go sit and wait” did not display good customer service and or even look up at me. Chase accepts walk ins and they said they were fully booked and wouldn't be able to even talk to me. I asked when would I be able to be seen they said nobody would have the time for me even though they accept walk ins. I only had a few questions and nobody wanted to give me the time of day.
