Worst branch ever. I set up an appointment a week in advance. Till the last minute I kept getting a confirmation message on my phone and on arriving at the scheduled time...I was told that the banker is not available. I drove 11 miles for this and they didn't have the courtesy to call me and cancel the appointment ?
I have to close my account from this bank. They charge u a maintenance fee and the rules are confusing unless u have a direct deposit. U are better off with a different bank. Why pay 12 dollars every month when u don't have to with a different bank?
i've been a chase bank customer for 5 years now and i regret it all the time. the phillipsburg branch is incredibly frustrating to visit but it's the closest branch to my house. The ATM machines are regularly broken. it's been 5 years and the outside machine has never, NOT ONCE accepted a deposit. I rely on them working since my business opens before the bank opens, and it closes hours after the bank closes. it must be nice to work bankers hours but it's truly inconvenient to the rest of us.
