First time stopping by this branch. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Brianna was friendly and helpful, and the Assistant VP, Fred was super helpful, patient and efficient. Definitely now one of my favorite branches.
I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received today from Samantha. Even though I did not book an appointment, she was able to accommodate me and take the time to thoroughly review my needs and walk me through the different products offered by Chase. She was kind, friendly, and detailed in the explanations she provided. I felt well taken care of. I will definitely be using other products through Chase in the future!
We had a simple question regarding foreign currency exchange, after talking to Fred at the Ferndale branch for few minutes then he put me on hold for a long time and never came back. Our first interaction with this branch and it was awful.
UPDATED: If i could I would give zero stars. We have been dealing with chase bank now for 6 months now and no one has been helpful. My partner mistakenly sent money and forgot 1 number in the account number. They had to open an "Investigation" to get the money back into his account. OK. Makes sense. We had to wait 3 months and was told money would be back and available on the 15th. It reflects in his account now but isn't "Cleared" and its now the 21st. Every time we talk to someone they give us some ring around and that its... read more
