Matt Alexander assisted me today at this chase bank location. He was polite, punctual, and pleasant to speak with. All of my banking needs were met and I enjoyed the conversation we had as he assisted me. I would consider this branch of Chase Bank to be lgbtqia friendly.

Do not bank here under any circumstances. Chase's claim department cannot be trusted to help you, they will not help with payment plans when their claims department does screw you, and they will hang up on you if you show any emotion - looking at you Kumail with corporate who hung up on me while I was trying not to cry. Do not think they care about anything other than your money, if you ever need their help they will not be there.
