Wanted to open a 529 education account for my newborn son, was told by a private client manager at this location that I had to switch all of my brokerage/IRA into a money manager account, told me he couldn’t help me unless I switch all my accounts, I was contacted later by Chase bank on Bay Road that it wasn’t necessary and he would help me out. Stay away from this location
Matt Alexander assisted me today at this chase bank location. He was polite, punctual, and pleasant to speak with. All of my banking needs were met and I enjoyed the conversation we had as he assisted me. I would consider this branch of Chase Bank to be lgbtqia friendly.
