Luis the branch manager was awesome. He handled my issue with a pleasant demeanor and was as helpful as possible even though the problem took a little past closing to handle. Great customer service and hospitality.

The staff was nice and polite. They don't waste time and are quick to help me out. I've been to this location many times, im not sure why they have such bad reviews on here..
Customer service is terrible, never enough staff, there is usually one rarely two bankers that can assist, an hour wait to add someone to an existing checking account is ridiculous!
