Staff super friendly & helpful.
This place is horrible they nickel and dime you on anything yet their services are horrible. I opened another account at a different bank because they are unreliable. Their ATM never works or they will never go out of their way to make you feel like you are important.
Initially my experience here was questionable, upon returning a second time the sweet ladies here redeemed their customer service. Anyone could be having a bad day, I’m super glad I didn’t let my first experience sway me from coming again because the second visit here was a billion times better than the first visit. I appreciate Ms Tammy’s kindness in getting me the help I needed
Went through the drive through and the olders lady’s body language, tone of voice, direct message expressed how she felt…. Definitely have no desire to go back to this branch. I fully understand how this is a 3 star branch, I would have given it less stars but the lady with the braces was kind and handled me with care. I would give her 5 stars.
