It's the closest branch to my address, but it always has long lines and few staff members. They also don't accept my employer's checks, which all the other branches do, and they often don't have enough funds for withdrawals. I think they need to review all of these aspects, as it's not pleasant to have to drive 20 minutes for my banking needs.
I stopped by to open an account, and I was told it would be about a 15-minute wait. I said, "Okay." After waiting 25 minutes, one of the employees came over and told me the banker would need another 15 minutes. At that point, I decided to leave. What kind of customer service is this?
