I walked in to use the ATM inside the branch because there is something wrong with the drive-thru ATM that was causing delays. I was greeted by some female and i didnt acknowledge her because she sounded fake polite and seemingly with some attitude. As i am walking out she tells me to have a good weekend. I dont need you to tell me to have a good weekend you dont matter if anything you are just standing there bothering people that dont need you to do anything then giving them attitude when you are already rude to begin with.... read more
Claims there NO manager at bank, he Also claimed he IS manager.
I've been banking with Chase for 15+ years and I never had an issue. I had my share of identity theft and they resolved everything in a timely manner. Their website is very user-friendly and has optimal interaction with other websites/apps/businesses online.
Had over 2000 taken from my account and all they said they could do was file claims and got denied on both of them while they were clearing stealing money from my account while I was on the bank …. The lady had said it would be fine but I got nothing 100 percent transferring my bank they can’t keep your information secure this is 100 garbage
