The one star is forced. I went into this branch to assist an elderly woman that I personally know, who is a victim of fraud. The lady we worked with was insensitive. At all cost, do not bank with Chase.
I have been banking with Chase for over 30 years and have never had an issue until visiting this branch. The experience was extremely inconvenient. The teller questioned me about my address and account number, disregarding the fact that the account number was clearly written on the check where I had endorsed it. This transaction took place on a Saturday and they “could not cash the check which was from a local entity,” but they could only deposit it and it wouldn’t be available until Monday.
