I've been a loyal Chase customer for years. I hadn't worked in months and was overdrawn $300 in my account. I was finally able to get paid for work and deposited a check at the ATM and was told there would be a 7 day hold before the funds were released. I called Chase and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Customers rely on their money being available as soon as possible just to live. Chase clearly doesn't care about it's customers or their wellbeing. I will be switching banks ASAP.
Friendly workers at the front!
They are courteous and friendly. I've never had a problem, and I've been banking there for years.
why even use this branch (closed for ever?!) and use one one of the credit unions just quarter miles from this chase bank. low staff, when open, not good customer service.
