They said that corporate wouldn't care about how tiny the parking lot and how other customers just speed through, on their phones, and not care about paying attention to customers walking in and to their cars! I am always closed to always getting it by someone speeding through or not paying attention. Today I had someone try to quickly back out of a space (because of how busy this branch is) and I had to make sure they noticed that I entered the lot they were about to back into me.
I went up there because I couldn’t open a bank account online I went there the lady who checked me in said the will be 30 mins I’m there for over an hr and I see lady’s switching spots and going to lunch. Not one of them is helping I went up there to ask why I haven’t been seen yet he said there’s no bank tellers rn they’ll be back be back for what ? To stand at the door and help?
