Because someone else in the United States deposited face fraudulent checks in Georgia to my Chase account, Chase has banned my wife and I from banking ever again at Chase. Horse Crap is all I can say about Chase Bank. AVOID CHASE BANK
Chase Bank is not even one star. They closed my account down after being hacked by a cash app account. Now they keep stalling giving the remains of what was left in my account. It has been over a month now.
Bridget and Holly are always so nice love this branch. Also Austin has been great help with my business account
Terrible customer service. When I walked in, there was zero communication expressed. No one was at the teller stands to help and three people that were there, were zero help. I stood in the middle of the office with no guidance. I understand that maybe there were other tasks that were a priority but at least greet the customer, and ask them to wait.
