Friendly, helpful staff! Appointment is required, to speak with a BANKER! Great bank... good location... decent amount of parking, plus metered street parking. (It's a bit easier to exit from the Plattekill side road, than from the Main St exit).
Been banking here for my business for over a year, always greeted by the most friendly and helpful team members. Shout out Nina!

They can't open a checking account for me today. I have to make an appointment and come back another day to open a checking account. Just drove down the street to another bank.
