Great service great people and AMAZING customer service
Don't pay over time you have already paid it it's been debited from your credit card if you select pay over time there IS NO BENEFIT ONLY EXTRA PLAN FEE'S Remember they are very very greedy once you fall for pay over time watch them charge you with a plan fee every month without your approval
Not sure why they have a phone number because they never answer it.
Shockingly underwhelming. Just no semblance of customer service whatsoever. I'm a business customer with a lot of incoming and outgoing payments, and I just expect a little shred of effort on their part, but I am consistently met with absolute zero.
Very well run bank, tellers are friendly. The reviews here should be way better than 2.6 stars.
