Shockingly underwhelming. Just no semblance of customer service whatsoever. I'm a business customer with a lot of incoming and outgoing payments, and I just expect a little shred of effort on their part, but I am consistently met with absolute zero.
Very well run bank, tellers are friendly. The reviews here should be way better than 2.6 stars.

DO NOT I repeat don’t go there I pulled up at the window and ask for my check to be cashed…. I don’t keep a lot of funds in this account so they couldn’t cash it the lady didn’t explain none of that she just straight up deposited it without saying anything…. So then I turned around and went into the building. Turns out I went to speak to a supervisor as I was in the processing of doing that Noray snatches my receipt off of the counter with an attitude.
