I been doing business here for long time and they can't help you when they make a mistake
Went yesterday to try to open an account. The teller asked if we had an appointment, I said no I thought they had walk ups. She checked and said they didn’t have anything available. We just stood there and she just looked at us without saying anything else. Then my husband asked what other days she had available. She just said nothing until Friday. Some of the worst customer service they take quite a while very rude people. You have to repeat yourself multiple times.
I honestly love this location. Everyone is so nice and polite and I wanna shout out and thank you Jessica for always having an awesome, beautiful, loving professional customer service energy and y’all need to promote her and send her on vacation and if anyone is interested, you should definitely open your accounts with Chase. Hopefully they’re gonna be able to do right by me this time for creating a new business bank account so let’s see how this location fits me and I look forward to seeing what they could do for Me.
Deserves zero stars, I called two times no answer the third time was not a charm they hung up on me when I simply needed information
