The gentleman at the door was professional and nice. I was requesting to get a document notarized and they declined me for not being a customer. They could’ve took that opportunity to cross sale to get an account opened. I’ve worked at financial institutions prior and we offered notary services as long as they had the required documents to verify.

Went yesterday to try to open an account. The teller asked if we had an appointment, I said no I thought they had walk ups. She checked and said they didn’t have anything available. We just stood there and she just looked at us without saying anything else. Then my husband asked what other days she had available. She just said nothing until Friday.
