A 1 Service I have a mortgage with Chase and decided to open a checking account online with them to make it easier to pay my mortgage. I traveled home to NY from DE and had to make a deposit while I was there. When I entered this location I was greeted (someone actually came up to me) and took me to her desk. She gave my deposit to someone to do for me while she checked to see if they were meeting my every banking needs, by pulling up my account and asking me a few questions.
