UPDATE (2/1/25): I received a call first thing this morning from Jody. She was lovely and immediately corrected the issue. She also apologized for how we were treated yesterday. I want to acknowledge her courtesy and immediate action to correcting the ATM issue. I wish she had been at the bank yesterday. Amending my review to 3 stars but I strongly caution against using the ATM for any large deposits. Will never use this branch location again. Will never use this branch location again. Every two weeks I deposit a large sum of money to our Chase account, which we handle most of our bills from. This morning, the ATM was available and I used it to deposit the large sum. ATM took all the money and started spinning. Then the screen came up that said not all bills accepted but did not give back any of the rejected money. Then the screen goes blank and a receipt pops out saying " To be sure your deposit went through, please call us at xxx number." I immediately went into... read more
Was charged a fee without my consent or notification by a teller at the branch. Customer service outsourced to the lowest bidding country. Have fun with that if you ever experience a problem
