I dont understand when there are 2 in drive thru and no1 inside and 3 working the drivethru/walk in..why im sitting here 15 to 20 mins for a simple deposit only.
This is the slowest bank I have ever been to. The tellers work drive through and the inside and ATM is slow as Christmas when it works.
Try to call in twice to ask about mortgage loan information. No one picked up the phone and I left voicemail twice. Nobody call me back. I decided to walk in and ask. The lady told me she will get my information and phone number so manager will call me. A week already no one contact me at all. I been with chase bank many years and they seem very service. Now since i see they changed the workers, they are not responsible anything. I spent about a month try to reach the person who in charge but no luck. I should looking differ... read more
