Try to call in twice to ask about mortgage loan information. No one picked up the phone and I left voicemail twice. Nobody call me back. I decided to walk in and ask. The lady told me she will get my information and phone number so manager will call me. A week already no one contact me at all. I been with chase bank many years and they seem very service.
