i stopped goin in because you get zero help with your issues the guy who runs the front desk is not there to help he literally told me nope cant help you bye. i went to a different chase location and my problem got solved in 5 minutes
World's worst ATM, it never works, never has money, is extremely loud, very sketchy building to go into, doors are often broke, 1/3 of the time there is a security guard there it sucks so bad. Each button press takes five minutes. It's obviously vandalized on the regular. You have to just stand outside and wait 10 to 30 minutes on people to attempt to figure out the atm. Kroger is across the street.
