I always have a great experience at this branch, but I specifically want to give a huge shoutout to Jasmin. She is absolutely wonderful! Every time I come in, she is incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. What really stands out is that she genuinely cares about her customers' financial well-being—it’s not just a transaction to her. Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find these days. My first impression is I was walking into a bank. Sadly, it is not a bank. I've never walked into a "bank" that turned away a cash deposits. I terminated my account years ago with Chase because of these types of practices. Happy to know I'm justified in my decision to switch to UKFCU. UKFCU has fantastic customer service, great rates, and best of all they accept cash deposits!!! I've also heard this branch in particular being described as words I will reframe from using in a public post.
I have enjoyed this location for almost 18 years and in all that time experienced only one employee who was lesse than capable of the position they held. Great place and Great careiing employees
