My experience a few days ago at Chase was very good. Donna explained everything I needed to know, showed me how to best use the bank's app and contacted the people I needed to talk to. It was very fast, very effective and warm service. Thank you!

This banks only real value is in the drive through ATM. By far the slowest service of any Chase bank in Lexington. If you have to deposit a check, go somewhere else or plan for a 20 minute wait.
